Zapier Integration

Our Zapier integration enables you to automatically engage new subscribers from CRM tools, Google Forms, Facebook Pages, and other website apps with SMS text, SMS survey, Voice calls, Voice IVR survey, Drip campaign, and WhatsApp message or survey. To do this, you can make use of our very easy and super fast APIs:

• Subscription API – You can use this if you want to subscribe contacts who signed up from your website, pages, apps, etc. to an existing campaign in your engageSPARK account. You can subscribe contacts to any launched campaigns: SMS text, SMS survey, Voice calls, Voice IVR survey, Drip campaign, and WhatsApp message or survey.
• Send SMS API – You can use this if you just want to easily and automatically send a one-off SMS to any of your newly added contacts on your CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, OnePage CRM, Hubspot, Google sheets, etc.)
